Gospel Choir

Djore Nance and Power in Praise is a celebrated gospel choir based in New York City. As a choir, they have been have performed background vocals for many world class recording artists, including Celine Dion and Sarah Brightman. The choir is a three-time regional winner of Verizon’s How Sweet The Sound Gospel Choir Competition. Individually, members of the choir have performed all over the world with artists such as Kirk Franklin, Whitney Houston, Dave Matthews, Alicia Keys, P. Diddy, Monica, Brandy, and many others. They have been singing together for over a decade.
